Return & Exchange Policy

We do not refund or exchange any merchandise that have been sold unless the item sent was damaged or sent in error, as per order. In the unfortunate event that you need to return or exchange any of the items received, please refer to the section on Damaged Parcel & Items Wrongly Packed below.

Exchange Policy

  • We are only able to send the parcel to you once we have received the goods you wish to exchange back to us.
  • We will only accept replacement if only we sent you a wrong item or damaged items and are subject to quality check.
  • Items returned must be in good condition (Eg: fabric has not been cut, damaged or stained and original packaging of merchandise are not damaged.)
  • All refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.

*Please contact us before returning any items back to us.

Items that cannot be return

Due to copyright restrictions, we cannot accept returns on books or patterns.

Damaged Parcel

In the event the parcel is badly damaged while being shipped.

  1. Take a photo of the parcel before opening.
  2. Open and check the content prior to signing the courier receipt docket.

Missing Item

In the event that the parcel that you have received is missing an item or in insufficient quantity, please contact us immediately as we have an inventory system and able to check this accurately.

Items wrongly packed

In the event we have packed a different item than the one you have ordered please do not open the packaging of the items, as we are unable to exchange the goods once the original packaging has been damaged.

If we have shipped the wrong item, we will re-ship back the item as soon as possible to you after we have received the items you wish to return. We will only accept replacements if we sent you a wrong item and are subject to quality check.

  2. Please take note that we are only able to refund or exchange within the time frame of 7 days upon receipt of items.

For all online orders, please ensure that the items and quantities are correct before confirming your order.

Q. I bought the wrong item / wrong color / do not like the color, can I return or exchange to a different one?
No. Please make sure you have finalized your order and double check if you have bought the right item and quantities prior confirmation of your order.

Note: Different monitors will show a different colour effect from the actual colour of the product. The slight color difference between the physical product and the colour shown on the monitor has nothing to do with defective colours or wrong delivery. However, if you confirm that you have received an item in the wrong color; please kindly send an e-mail to orders@yeebutton.com. We will be able to help you.

Q. I bought extra items but haven’t use it, can I return / exchange?
No. As mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy, We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we have sent the wrong item/product to you.
For all online purchases, please ensure that the items and quantities are correct before confirming your order.

Order & Payment

How to purchase at Yee Button Online Store?
Option 1 :

1. Click “Add cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.

2. Click “Checkout” once you are ready to finalize your orders.

3. From here, you need to fill in your “Billing detail”.

5. Your order will be sent to us through our system, once we receive the order we will double check the stock availability, we will calculate the postal charges and send a quotation to you. Once you have checked on the accuracy of your order, you can then proceed make payment via Inter bank transfer of directly bank in through ATM machines. Please send us a copy of your payment slip for our accounting purposes.

**Note : As our online store does not show the exact stock availability hence we are only able to confirm your order within 2 working day(s) once we have received your order.

**Note : All orders are processed on a First Come, First Served basis on the payment date & time. Priorities are given to Customers who have made their payment earlier.How to make payment?

All payment must be made to Yee Button Sdn Bhd, bank account number can be found on the purchase order we send to you. Payments should never be made to individual names, if in doubt please call us at 03-78770072 for verification. Full payments must be made within 48 hours after you have confirmed your order as we are unable to reserve the stock for more than 2 days. Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within given time.

International order and Payment
If you are residing outside Malaysia and you wish to purchase from our store, kindly email us at orders@yeebutton.com

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are charged based on combined weight or volumetric whichever higher. Once we have confirmed your order we will send you a new quotation with an accurate shipping fee.

Your parcel will be packed and delivered within 2 working days after payment is received, and will reach in 2 – 3 working day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on Saturday.

*Note: If the delivery address is located on the outskirts, delivery time can take up to 1 to 2 weeks.
We will email the Tracking numbers or Consignment Note once we have shipped the parcel.

Orders will be delivered via Pos Malaysia’s Postal Services, Poslaju or other courier which is more cost saving for our customer, of course the final decision on which courier service to engage with is on our customers hand.

Reasons for Order Delays
• Public holidays
• Incorrect address has been entered against the order.
• If the payment capture process is unsuccessful your order will be delayed until an alternative payment arrangement can be made.

How to obtain a Yee Button Membership card?

Purchase RM100 in a single receipt to be entitled to become a member.
There will be no discount for the first RM100 of purchase.

Question:
1. How much discount do I get if I have a membership card ?

~ You are entitled to 10% on Normal Priced Items.
You are also entitled to birthday discounts on your birthday month.

2. What if my purchase is RM 110?
~ We will still give you a discount of 10% on the balance of RM 10.

There are some items in the shop that are labelled as Non-Discounted items, hence we will be unable to give discounts for items under this category.

The member card is valid for 12 months. After the card has expired, members can renew their card by either paying RM 5.00 or purchase RM70 in a single receipt for FREE renewal of membership card.

Member Birthday Discount

1. Take 20% off on our Normal Priced Items for the whole month on your birthday month.
( Eg Clover products, and other accessories )

2. Take 10% off on our Non-Discounted Items for the whole month on your birthday month
( Eg zip, thread, fabric etc. )
